So I was browsing some news from the Pokemon community and wouldn't you know, we got more Megas confirmed. These Megas are Mega Salamence, Mega Lopunny, and Mega Altaria.
I figured that Mega Salamence was going to happen, and I had my suspicions that Mega Altaria was going to happen... But nowhere in my imagination did I see Mega Lopunny happening. I suppose part of my surprise it that Lopunny was a Gen IV pokemon and I was only looking at Gen III. The more surprising thing is that I really like Mega Lopunny's design and not so much Salamence or Altaria.
Cool changes from the Megas:
Mega Lopunny is now Normal/Fighting and it has Scrappy.... so yeah, that's pretty awesome
Mega Altaria is now Dragon/Fairy with Pixilate... again, awesome
Mega Salamence is still Dragon/Flying, but this time it got Aerilate... Which is a good instant STAB for like extremespeed, but in general Mega Salamence has disappointed me.
I know some of you opinions may differ, which is totally cool. That's the beauty of Pokemon some people, like me, don't care for Swampert, whereas Nick loves Swampert. So if you either agree/disagree with my commentary let us know. If you have an usual liking or hatred towards a particular Pokemon, that's cool to share as well!
As always,
The Very Best!
