Wait a second.... not Primal Rayquaza? (Reasoning will be explained in-game)... Fine....
Anyways, if you didn't see this one coming.... wow, just, wow. Mega Rayquaza was bound to come around eventually, though many probably expected "Primal Rayquaza" instead. However the reasoning for making Rayquaza Mega evolve and not Primal evolve will be revealed in-game. His new ability, like Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre, is a super version of his old ability of Cloud Nine. It is called Delta Stream which extremely boosts the wind current, effectively eliminating all other weather including Desolate Land and Primordial Sea. On top of that, Delta Stream negates all moves that would be super effective against Flying type.
Did you catch that last part? "negates all moves that would be super effective against Flying type."
Types Super Effective against Flying:
-Electric
-Rock
-Ice
Rayquaza Weaknesses:
-Electric 2x
-Rock 2x
-Dragon 2x
-Fairy 2x
-Ice 4x
Yup, that ability gets rid of three of Rayquaza's weaknesses, including the 4x weakness to Ice. Think about that.
The Very Best!
